Content Ownership & Copyright Policy

At Greenville Real Estate Productions LLC (GVL REP), we believe in providing exceptional real estate marketing content while maintaining clear, transparent expectations regarding ownership, usage rights, and creative services.

This policy explains how ownership and usage rights apply to photography, videography, drone content, editing, and other media created by GVL REP.

Creative Content Ownership

All photographs, videos, drone footage, aerial imagery, virtual tours, floor plans, graphics, animations, edits, project files, and other creative materials produced by Greenville Real Estate Productions LLC remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of GVL REP unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

​

GVL REP retains ownership of all original creative assets, including but not limited to:

• Raw video footage

• Unedited photographs

• RAW image files

• Drone source files

• Audio recordings

• Editing project files

• Timelines and production files

• Design elements

• Proprietary workflows and production methods

• General creative assets captured during production

​

Creation of content for a client project does not transfer copyright ownership of the original creative work to the client.

​

Client Deliverables & Usage Rights

Upon completion of payment, clients receive access to the final edited deliverables included within their purchased service package.

​

These deliverables may include:

• Professional listing photography

• Property videos

• Social media videos and reels

• Drone photography and video

• Virtual tours

• Marketing graphics

• Floor plans

• Other completed media products included in the selected package

​

Clients receive a license to use these final delivered assets for the marketing and promotion of the specific property or project for which the content was created.

​

This includes use on:

• MLS platforms

• Real estate websites

• Brokerage websites

• Social media platforms

• Digital advertising

• Printed marketing materials

• Other standard real estate marketing channels

​

The client receives the right to use the delivered content for marketing purposes but does not receive ownership of the underlying copyrighted materials.

​

Raw Footage & Original Files

Raw footage and original production files are not included with standard services unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

This includes:

• Unedited video clips

• Original camera files

• RAW photographs

• Drone source footage

• Editing files

• Production timelines

• Project files

These materials represent the professional workflow, equipment output, and creative process of GVL REP and remain the property of Greenville Real Estate Productions LLC.

​

GVL REP reserves the right to retain, archive, or remove original production files at its discretion.

​

General Production Footage & Creative Asset Rights

During the course of a production, GVL REP may capture general footage that provides context, atmosphere, or visual storytelling for a property or location.

​

Examples may include:

• Neighborhood scenes

• Community areas

• Streetscapes

• City views

• Landscapes

• Architectural details

• Establishing shots

• General drone footage

• Environmental footage

These types of visuals are considered general production assets and remain the property of Greenville Real Estate Productions LLC.

​

GVL REP reserves the right to use general, non-exclusive footage captured during productions for future projects, marketing materials, portfolio displays, promotional content, website materials, social media, and other creative applications when appropriate.

​

GVL REP understands the importance of providing unique marketing content for every client. We make every effort to capture fresh, property-specific imagery and customized footage for each project whenever applicable.

​

Any reuse of general footage is done professionally and strategically to support future productions while maintaining the quality and value of each client's individual project.

​

Property-Specific Content

Content created specifically to showcase a client's property is intended for use in marketing that property and the related real estate transaction.

​

GVL REP will make reasonable efforts to create unique visuals, compositions, and storytelling elements that represent each property individually.

​

The reuse of general creative assets does not replace or diminish the customized content created specifically for each client.

​

Portfolio & Promotional Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, GVL REP reserves the right to display completed work and selected production materials for promotional purposes.

​

This may include:

• Website galleries

• Social media pages

• Advertisements

• Marketing campaigns

• Portfolio presentations

• Client showcases

• Industry examples

This allows GVL REP to demonstrate the quality of its work and showcase the services provided to future clients.

​

Third-Party Use & Distribution

Final deliverables provided by GVL REP are intended for the marketing of the original property or project.

Clients may not:

• Sell the delivered content

• License the content to another party

• Transfer ownership rights

• Provide the content for unrelated commercial use

• Claim copyright ownership of GVL REP-created materials without prior written permission from Greenville Real Estate Productions LLC.

Editing & Modifications

Clients may use delivered content across approved marketing platforms and may make reasonable adjustments required for placement, such as resizing or formatting.

​

Significant alterations, removal of applicable branding, distortion of the original work, or modifications that misrepresent the quality or intent of the production should not be made without approval from GVL REP.

​

Copyright Protection

All creative works produced by Greenville Real Estate Productions LLC are protected under applicable United States copyright laws.

​

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or use beyond the granted client license may constitute copyright infringement.

​

GVL REP maintains ownership of its creative work while providing clients with the marketing rights necessary to effectively promote their properties.
